Higher Value Paid Refund


1. What is it?

This procedure considers activities related to refund of money entered in the accounts of the National Press of Colombia, for concepts that are not rights of the entity, for higher payments for documents published in the Official Journal and inadequate withholding.

2. Steps to follow

1. Filing a claim for reimbursement, stating the reason for the same.

2. Order or demand response of application in mail office located at Carrera 66 No. 24 -09, or by email: correspondencia@imprenta.gov.co or phone: (571) 4578000 Ext 3330.

3. Check in your bank account the consignment.

4. Documents Required

Individual Person or company

The applicant must attach the following documents, when the refund is for DUCP:

- Nit, address, phone number and account number.

- Carbon Copy or original receipt of consignment (When the refund is entire).

- Legible copy of the contract or document published.

- Certification of DUC Coordinator giving the feasibility and liquidation of the value to return.

When the refund is for Official Journal the applicant must attach:

- Nit, address, phone number and account number.

- Carbon Copy or original receipt of consignment (When the return is entire).

 Letter from the Official Journal Scheduler, Gazette of the Congress, giving the feasibility and liquidation of the value to return.

5. Required Payments

10% of the value given for administrative expenses, as Agreement 0025/1994.
